Assessment & Benchmarking

One of the flagship Diversity & Inclusion service by Avtar is the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Audit. This is done through assessments that cut across three key employee segments – leaders (business & HR), people managers and women employees.

By gathering employee and leader perceptions on Diversity readiness and inclusion adaptability at an organization and the programmes and policies for enabling women’s careers, the audit generates critical insights to devise the diversity strategy map of an organization. The audit process also involves on-site Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) involving employees to further understand the impact and reception of organizational practices for D&I.
