Everyday Leadership (EDL) training for Early career women professionals

The Scenario

An American multinational financial services corporation decided to deliver a series of training programme to empower their early career women professionals and help them set a definite direction for their careers by effectively demonstrating leadership skills. The training programme had to be delivered across multiple locations in India.

Avtar was consulted to customize the Everyday Leadership training session to address this need.

What we did

The first step towards customizing the training content was conducting an extensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Post this, we customized the Everyday Leadership training programme. This programme was aimed at helping young women professionals set future direction for their careers, enhance their skills and behaviors so that they can become outstandingly successful in their careers and steadily rise to leadership positions. With topics geared to specifically help early career women navigate and succeed in the workplace, this training programme helped them with the tools that they need to grow and thrive.

A series of full-day classroom workshops were delivered by expert facilitators across different cities in India.

Outcome

  • 98% participants rated the programme as either good or excellent
  • 6 % participants mentioned that they would strongly recommend this programme
