Creating workplaces that support diversity, inclusion, and belonging requires leaders to lean into discomfort, breakthrough old mindsets, lead with heart, and instil safety and trust in their communications and behaviours throughout the organization. Research has time and again established that diverse teams are more capable than homogeneous groups in delivering innovative solutions.
