Organizations that incorporated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion have reported higher levels of employee retention, increased job satisfaction, higher levels of trust, and higher employee engagement. Though Organizations implemented various DEI initiatives in the past, such initiatives were unsuccessful because Organizations fail to formulate inclusive DEI strategies. The Diversity Immersion workshop seeks to provide a rich context in terms of data, anecdotes, analysis, and thought processes from organizations that have succeeded in implementing strategic DEI. The workshop will aim to reveal the decision constructs that other best-in-class organizations have used to leverage the power of a diverse and inclusive workforce. It will also describe the methods used to arrive at these decisions, the net result that companies expected, and how they fared in it.
