Problem Statement
The client recognized the need to address gender equity in their workplace and sought our expertise to develop a comprehensive training program to engage their male colleagues in the process.

Avtar designed and developed a cutting-edge training program, 'Men as Gender Advocates', specifically tailored to sensitize male colleagues and mobilize their active participation in enhancing workplace gender equity.

We conducted a two-year series of webinar sessions on gender equity, male ally behaviors and its benefits for individuals and organizations, reaching more than 15,000 people worldwide.

Enhancing awareness about the LGBTQ+
Inclusion through sensitisation workshops
Problem Statement
An MNC in the automation sector recognized the need to sensitize its employees on the nuances related to LGBTQ+ inclusion. Avtar was consulted to design and develop a training intervention to enable leaders and managers to create a culture of inclusion and belongingness at the workplace.

Our team designed and developed a highly interactive, customized training intervention to enable leaders and managers to create a culture of inclusion and belongingness at the workplace.
Activities Conducted
Two out of three training sessions focused on understanding the business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion and creating allies. The third ‘train-the-trainers’ workshop empowered individuals to teach other employees about LGBTQ+ inclusion.
Outcomes Achieved
The training sessions helped the management understand the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community and the impact of unconscious workplace biases. This helped them rebrand and attract a diverse set of talent.
Building a pipeline of women leaders
through Intentional Career Pathing training
Problem Statement
The Global Delivery Services division of a major consulting organization identified a need to empower women employees in mid-career and develop a pipeline of women leaders for senior roles in multiple geographic locations, including India, China, Philippines, and Poland.
Solution Offered
A customized ICP training intervention was designed and delivered, taking into account cross-cultural differences across the various locations.
Activities Conducted
Over six months, nine virtual training sessions were held on various topics: Career Identity, Networking, Negotiation, Work-Life Integration, Collaborative Working etc. Participants also took the Career Intentionality Quotient (C-InQ) assessment to measure their career intentionality levels.
Outcomes Achieved
The ICP training intervention resulted in a 4% average increase in participants' C-InQ scores. The training empowered mid-career women employees, built their skills, and prepared them for leadership roles.
