Pathways to Power

What is a Pathways to Power program?

Pathways to Power (P2P) is a transformative leadership programme for senior women executives. Its core premise is that leaders who operate from their source of true power are capable of catalyzing impactful change and inspiring colleagues to lead with authenticity. A leadership certification programme, P2P will help women leaders familiarize themselves with the different aspects of power and help them leverage it for their personal and professional lives through an inside-out approach by identifying power (self-awareness) to leveraging power (impacting external stakeholders).

Effective Career Sponsorship

What is Career Sponsorship?
Sponsorship is a powerful relationship between a senior leader and a high-potential protégée based on advocacy and performance. Protégées are women professionals with significant work experience. It is a concept where the sponsor provides advice and guidance to their protégé to advance their careers. Sponsors set clear goals and expectations for each protégé, accelerating their learning curves and careers. Sponsorship is especially critical for underrepresented talent groups like women, who often have limited networks and fewer role models.
