Avtar Human Capital Trust (AHCT)
AHCT is Avtar’s non-profit initiative to bridge the gender gap in India’s workforce by providing career guidance, training, and mentorship to girls and women from disadvantaged communities. We believe in the power of education and mentorship to create a more diverse and inclusive future.

Project Puthri
Project Puthri is a non-profit initiative by Avtar Human Capital Trust (AHCT) to build Career Intentionality in adolescent girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in India and prepare them for the new world of work. We aim to empower these young women to take charge of their future careers.
Puthri partners with you to:
- Provide academic support and life skills training to girls
- Connect girls with mentors and role models in the industry
- Create awareness among girls about various career options
- Offer financial assistance and scholarship programs
Men Impacting Trust & Respect (MITR)
MITR, another non-profit initiative by AHCT, is built on a firm belief in the power of boys and men to be allies in creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. The initiative aims to create awareness among boys about gender equality and promote the concept of being an ally to women in the workplace.
MITR partners with you to:
- Conduct interactive sessions and workshops with boys on gender equality.
- Engage boys in activities that promote empathy and respect towards girls.
- Create awareness among boys about the benefits of having diverse teams.
- Provide resources and support to boys to become allies to women in the workplace.
