The NHRDN-Avtar Diversity Champion Awards embrace the rich tapestry of diversity by recognizing exceptional leaders in three distinct categories:
Gender
Honoring leaders driving gender diversity and equity, fostering equal opportunities and inclusive environments for all genders.
People with Disabilities
Recognizing champions of inclusion for individuals with disabilities, breaking barriers and creating accessible workplaces.
LGBTQ+ Community
Acknowledging leaders advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion, promoting acceptance and equal rights in their organizations.

Payment of Application Fee
Upon registration, every individual will receive a payment gateway link. Proceed to make the application fee payment securely online through the provided link.

Submission of Application
Once the payment fee is received, you will receive a confidential application link. This link grants you access to the application form where you can highlight an individual’s outstanding contributions to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Please Note:
- The leader must be nominated by their organization.
- A nominee can be nominated for only one award category among Gender,
People with Disabilities, or LGBTQ+ Community.
