As part of our plans moving forward, we are desperate to maintain a lean, light and efficient workforce. We need to get a clear picture of performance to help us make the right decisions at such a critical juncture. I recently came across an article on ‘Workforce Intelligence’. Will this give us a clear picture to aid our planning and decision making, thus resulting in the overall improvement in the long run? If so, then how? Kindly elaborate.
