An Avtar Report, Viewport 2023: DEI, ESG and Climate Change aims to establish the interdependencies of climate change action on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts. It seeks to establish that affirmative and sustained climate action cannot be possible without the participation of all strands of diversity and intersectionality. The report proposes that affirmative action towards Environmental, Social and Governance goals that further lead to positive climate action should leverage the strength of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.
